I have been lead to believe the issue is being worked on as we speak. I do believe financials must be brought current in advance of that however. I believe the company previously stated they were in the process of doing just that.

I would hazard to guess some of the money received from the partnership with Abba Medix will go towards expediting both the filings and the possible removal of the chill issue.

In light of all the company is doing to try and build a real company and shareholder value, surely they are aware of the importance of remedying both of those legacy issues as well.

It's clearly an equity play for management so we must assume they are equally motivated to do whatever it takes to help create value. Both the filings and the chill issue being satisfied would clearly unlock very material value for all of us.
