Usually when insiders invest in their own company its taken as a good sign. In this case, however, the market reaction was to effectively "punish" the company by selling off large blocks of stock. Am I selling my shares? - No, why? because the key factor that will ultimately determine the success of this stock is the resubmission and that has not yet occurred.
