Rain I respect your opinion on these matters and wondering if you happen to know what is common salary for biotech CEO? Im not sure of this but from the filings I have read it appears Noreen is President and CEO both and as far as I can see there is no COO or CMO so Im guessing she wears many hats given this is a startup It appears she founded the company. With 3 mill she owns what 4%? With 5mill its 7 or 8%. If the company becomes a major player I think thats well worth it. At least, IMO. Also I dont see evidence of a lot of staff behind her. The company does not "hype', I respect that and feel its a key indicator that they care less about the short term stock price than they do getting the product to market.
