Ok so it's on the latest Transfer Agent disclosure that I saw that there are 203 shareholders of record and 397,520,923 Common shares of EXBX stock Outstanding.

Now the company I believe is stating there is 208 shareholders of record and approx. 475,000,000 Common shares of EXBX stock Outstanding.

What I don't understand is why hasn't the company as of the end of May 2014 recorded with the Transfer Agent all the shareholders of record and all the Outstanding Common shares of stock.

And why aren't ALL the shares certificates numbered C735 through C1040 recorded with the Transfer Agent? Were they lost? Cancelled? Voided?
