The way I see it is this. No matter what is said here anymore, all heels have been dug in deep, on both sides. The investors are not changing their minds. Pending an informative PR, there is nothing to be done but wait it out. Placing guesses on the timing/amount of that is simply a fun way to pass the time and keep the dreams alive. There is no point in being argumentative (or attacking points of view) simply because there is disagreement about the validity and viability of this company. Nobody invested in the company feels the need to be "saved". So unless there is an agenda beyond that, I would hope that we could all just agree to disagree and leave it at that.
We, the long investors, believe and trust in the BOD. We know that the patents are real (via the USPTO site), and have each made our own educated assumptions as to their values, which is all over the charts. We have each done whatever DD feels right to us in order to make our own investment decisions. Ultimately we are all responsible for our own choices, and everyone here knows that. The only things that will bring an end to this disagreement are the final decisions of the BOD. Until then, all we have are opinions (and plenty of articles to read, thanks Jim!)
Thrill,the simple fact that we are shareholders does not grant us the legal right to be a part of any deal making on the company's behalf, or privy to any fine details of ongoing negotiations, and we Longs understand that. We obviously wish it could be different but that's how the investment world works. Any investor understands this.
Now, if anyone would like to make their own educated guess on date of announcement, price, buyer, and reasons for your choices, please let me know. But please understand, this is a simple game with a simple chart. There is not much room for ongoing wordy guesses. Anything simple I will be happy to chart. Thanks.
