buckiii2...They received the patent for Ponzeumab..that is what the lawsuit is over. They don't have the patent for Bapi in Europe and I'm pretty sure they don't have it for the US either...that is why I was so surprised back in the summer of 2012 when Bapi failed its phase III trial that Intellect plummeted so much in price. I am almost 100% sure they don't have the US patent for Bapi..that is why I am saying that current Bapi studies don't mean anything for Intellect at this time.
