Even still no one here can guarantee there isn't selling/dilution since the company DOES NOT have to report if they are. Even larger point, ALL penny stocks, YES ALL penny stocks dilute so why would this be any different?
Oh let me guess cause MINE is different this isn't just your "average penny stock"

The larger point here is that you cannot prove any insider selling, so anything you say on that note is sheer guessing. All factual evidence points to the contrary.
