They have till July 30 to close the merger. Based on their failure to meet two recent deadlines I'm betting against the short term on this play. I think the long term play on this one is the way to go. This is all my own opinion and my gut instincts which lead me to believe something stinks for the shorts. If I'm wrong I can live with it. If I'm right I'm gonna buy a lot more on the dip for the long on this play.
