Because they don't have to report selling if they don't want to. This is a SUB-penny pink sheet, why the heck would they report they're selling? They don't want investors selling too, so of course they wouldn't report it. Gimme a break man

So why would Minerco be fully reporting on everything else, then fail to report insider transactions?
