I do NOT like that at all, IF OF IT IS TRUE.
I have not seen definitive evidence that that is true. I know you have tried to tell us this, but you telling us this is a bit different than seeing an actual flow chart and filings for where all the shares are going. Admittedly, much of this is my own fault for not being able to do as thorough DD as some of the more skilled posters on here are able to do (thanks My02, again) (and Charleoi, I give a thanks to you WHENEVER you are able to find unrefutable documentation to lay out the truth of what you keep telling us about.)
Now, I appreciate your input, when it is not so accusatory that I have to question the intensity. But, I do believe you are one of the smarter investors (and probably one of those financial analysts tied to an IB firm in Florida), and thus, you have knowledge and access to all kinds of financial information about companies like NMKT and the deals they are working on. From that access, I believe you know exactly which side of the investing fence to play on this stock, and that you obviously have taken the short side the past few years. The company has played right into your hands and handed you some VERY nice profits on a silver platter.
The problem for me is, I'm not sure how much more force you are interested in applying to the overflowing number of negative aspects about NMKT, just so that you can make another huge chunk of money on your short investment. I wish NMKT would quit giving you the ammo to keep making money on your position, and I do not want to be gullible and allow you to manipulate me and other long shareholders just to make your profits larger for a longer period than necessary.
At some point, I do think NMKT will get their act together and realize that they need to start producing something that causes share price appreciation rather than continually drawing on their capital to the point of no return. I was hoping, (and banking on) that time to be here and now, but I am starting to worry with hearing more and more double speak. I do not like that I am starting to get the feeling that delays may be starting to happen again. If so, shareholders are being played again, and I am outaa here AGAIN.
Then, only when I ACTUALLY SEE THE FILINGS AND DOCUMENTATION that the dilution has stopped, will I buy back in.
NMKT MUST STOP THE DILUTION - NOW, YESTERDAY!!!!!
I CANNOT YELL IT OUT ANY LOUNDER.
This MUST be their PRIMARY goal, over any deals, over any dividends, over any listing on any exchange. THIS IS PRIORITY ONE!!!!! - QUIT USING (or should I say, DUMPING ON) US LOYAL SHAREHOLDERS!!! NOW, PLEASE!!!! TODAY!!!!
Not next month, not next week, not tomorrow. NOW!!!!!!
