The PPS has nothing to do with news. Its a combination of manipulation and continuation of debt-shares introduced into the market.
When the shares that were given out to settle their debt in Q1 dry up, the PPS will rise. Also, it will not surprise me if the Q2 financials show more shares were issued. Which, if it was for good business reasons, I have no problem with that. That is why a company goes public, to raise capital.
I look forward to the day, and I'm confident it will come, when the PPS rises, and we up-list, and less manipulation will occur and the company will be completely self-funding.
