Everyone can speculate all they want, could be a request for info or pending news but all halts are not bad, certainly not ones when volume is a concern, nobody knows how long or for what reason, just have to sit and wait. Could re-open soon and continue surge or could scare folks away. Reverse splits are done all the time, nothing illegal about them, I don't see any fictitious PR's recently so my guess is they are asking the company what could be causing this surge and NEWL will issue a PR stating they have no idea, that is what I have seen with most T12's. You had a HUGE percentage of shorts in this stock, that is what was causing the surge as they were trying to cover.
