You are absolutely correct, sort of! There are over 500 MJ companies in Colorado who rushed through the process to get their license to operate and are now being shut down by the state and SEC. That's the difference with CWIR/FUZZNBUZZ, the administrative process is taking longer because Grande/Hudson are doing everything by the book. Colorado is a major player right now but their are currently 22 states that have approved MMJ and more coming in the near future, and let's not forget international. As for financing, you said in a previous post that they own their own bank, First Intercity BancSystems. Unlike B of A, Wells Fargo and others who are restricted by FDIC Regs and cannot do business with MJ MMJ companies, First Intercity BancSystems do not have to abide by those regs.
