market cap is 12.65 million. company MUST have a market cap of 50 million by next thursday's hearing. share price must be forced up to $17.45. should be a wild ride...then the bottom falls out big time. they still owe ironbridge 81 million shares so the price will fall to OTC levels right after the hearing so those shares don't cost them an arm and a leg.
