What makes simplifile different from just sending an email with your file?

If they're accepting of Simplifile, and Simplifile uses MYEC for fund transfer then the counties must see some benfit. Why should we complain? This looks like it could bring a lot of new revenue sources to MYEC as well as get MYEC's name in front of a huge number of people. Peeps who might become MYEC customers and/or shareholders.
