I don't know anything about it but your right I remember I had a lawyer friend pull it out and read it and they did claim loss in the stock all kinds of things. You know with lawyers this could go on some time but I think PLN would want to settle but who knows it might go to a trial I don't really know anymore than you or what I have read.
