How is this trading tomorrow?

This is not a standard name change. Take a look at the State of Colorado corporation search. Both companies are active and in good standing. One did not replace the other....

These guys DID NOT do a standard name change. CWIR shares belong to CWIR. FUZZNBUZZ shares need to be issued, hopefully 1:1. Tomorrow there is NO value of CWIR shares.....

This is just a fact. I would expect that the CWIR stock symbol would be halted tomorrow as the new FUZZBUZZ symbol is issued and the new shares are issued and delivered...hopefully electronically.....

Am I wrong??
