Interesting! Where was this? I would like to check it out. In either case im curious because not sure why that would be put in writing. Example: say they have a major acquisition planned and part of the terms of the deal states a nyse uplist along with a certain dollar valuation giving the company an X market cap which would need for the stock to be X and and in order to get there they would have to reverse the stock more than 10 to 1. So your saying based on that the deal would have to be dead? what if a larger split still meant a larger valuation which would mean all of our money would be worth more, does the split matter? I guess what Im saying is I personally am not focused on the split amount but more on how they will value the company moving forward and what is the catalyst that has moved this in the fast lane. I care more about the value of my money not how many shares but what the net shares are worth. Net Value!
