In accordance with the foregoing, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion by defendants Liquid Holdings Group LLC, Liquid Prime Holdings LLC, and Brian Ferdinand to dismiss the complaint is granted and this action is dismissed in its entirety; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants dismissing this action. This constitutes the decision and order of this Court
