As you know, NanoViricides, Inc (www.nanoviricides.com) has built Connecticut's first and only nanomedicines' clinical product manufacturing facility in Shelton, CT. It has been completed this month. This is only the beginning. As our clinical product pipeline matures in a couple of years, we anticipate building a world class pharma company with thousands of skilled employees and manufacturing sites with a much larger scale capacity. NanoViricides' product line targets over $60Bn of worldwide markets in antiviral drugs including biopharmaceuticals against FLU, HIV, Dengue, MERS, and more that are based on our globally patented nanomedicines technology. This facility will provide clinical quantities of cGMP products for all our nanoviricides(r) drug candidates. In addition, this facility will be available for contract manufacturing cGMP production of drug candidates for other Start-up Pharma companies as well. Since such manufacturing is a critical hurdle for building any pharma startup into clinical stage company, we believe it fills a critical industry need. My recent participation at a Yale conference suggests that some of their projects may benefit from our manufacturing capabilities. UConn likely also has similar projects. In addition, we have received inquiries from other startup pharma companies as well. This facility is thus poised to help foster a pharma start-up hub in Connecticut.

You may recall that NanoViricides, Inc. was awarded the International Alternative Investments Review (IAIR) group's Award 2014 for Leadership in the Nanomedicines Sector in North America. The award ceremony took place at the Yale Club on April 15th, 2014. The awards are nominated by their global readership, and vetted by their editorial Committee. This a very important international recognition for us. In addition, BusinessNewHaven Group recently named me Researcher of the Year 2014.

We are planning the Grand Opening ceremony of our biotech manufacturing facility in Shelton, CT on Monday, July 21 2014 from Noon to 3pm. We would be delighted if you could attend the opening ceremony for this world-class cGMP facility. Congressman Jim Himes will be the guest of honor, and Senator Chris Murphy is sending a delegate. Also, State Representative Jason Perillo and the Mayor of Shelton, Mr. Mark Lauretti have accepted our invitation. We have also invited Senator Richard Blumenthal, CT Governor Dannell P. Malloy, CT Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman, and State Representative Kevin Kelley. A number of high net worth individuals that have been avid supporters and investors of NanoViricides, Inc. are anticipated to be attending as well as our collaborators, bankers, and others. The event will run from 12noon to 3pm. Light lunch will be served.
