those are Restricted&Treasury shares…..they-will-play into the valuation when and IF MCIG chooses to USE ( Meaning sell, apportion/divert for whatever reason…also TRULY known as "dilution" )

no DILUTION issues here whatsoever, given that those 230K of shares stay restricted and not a part of the FLOAT ) the PPS will get adjusted MAJORLY if/when those shares get put into the float…….

in ALL my "company" to do list posts, I mention the REAL need for the share structure to be CLARIFIED and much more CONTROLLABLE than it is now……its not a big red flag now, but there is a lot of room for improvement in that area
