What he wants is to be one of those who hates on the side lines and encourages everyone to sell using his scare tactics so the stock plummets. When that happens he will buy in and his motive will change, he'll hype the stock get people onboard and then dump his shares at the top. Basically shadiness. He has no interest to see others succeed. That's my opinion though.
