In-fact, i have been investing in nothing but penny stocks for nearly 10 years. I have seen other companies do buybacks. I do know from experience that "PR" announcing buybacks and new share structure and retiring of shares or burning shares... causes spikes in stocks even if the company is a start up company. I believe "Sits' have been in business longer to be still considered a start up company. They need to learn how to create news that has an impact on share prices rather some confusing release that causes such commotion on these boards.
