As you can see there have been several updates in the legal proceedings. IMO, this is not looking good for the company and probably has a lot to do with why the stock has been trading sideways for such an extended period of time. I can't imagine why anyone would want to buy stock in a company that is knee deep in a FRAUD lawsuit that has been filed against ALL the directors AS WELL AS the company attorney. This is NOT a good sign.
