So did they use that 1st machine as stated and have been marketing it to animal testing firms, or are they waiting for the results of animal testing at MDA using the 2nd machine before they start to market it? If they did what you quoted with the 1st machine, wouldn't they already know that it works as advertised and should have made the world aware of such a stunning achievement? Do we even know if there are actually 2 machines? What they say they will do has always been fascinating, but what they say they have actually done is what will further increase shareholder value.

We will use this instrument to further optimize nanoparticles, software tools, and procedures. Results from that instrument will be used to begin marketing to the animal research and veterinary markets (neither market requires FDA approval), as well as to fuel negotiations with strategic potential partners and prospective acquirers.
