WMILT held the Runoff Notes until distributed to holders.

WMMRC paid WMIH a dividend, which represented runoff proceeds that later sent to us by the paying agent twice this month.

Once all of the claims are paid, WMILT assets revert back to the company.

The shares held in escrow will be released soon thereafter.
