How do the GSE's get stronger if ALL profits GO into the GOVT TREASURY ???

The Conservators primary JOB is to make the GSE's stronger and RETURN them to the MKT

RELEASE the GSE's and UPLIST them off the OTC Wild WEST criminal exchange !!
