Sounds like while waiting for the "free trading shares" (that were supposedly "not subject to 144"), and also just waiting for them to be printed and sent to the shareholders, the CEO was trading 3.50 stock? I can see why all of the procrastination and deception if one knows the minute all of the shareholders receive the stock they have coming, the price will drop to nothing and personal gain will be major compromised. A company holding stock from you after the holding period was over (as it turns out) in order to control the price, trading volume, and timing of any trading, should be held liable for losses incurred? Am I reading this correctly?
