I said I would be posting some more info today and here it is.
I believe the O/S is actually around 1.8 bil. as of the 13/G filing by Alfa Capital reporting 184,168,067 common shares as being 9.9% (Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not good with stock filings)

Also Mr. Hawk has seemed to have moved on in several capacities with different companies that are all tied together in some way, but mostly by this man Mr. Bala Ramamoorthy.
He is the main man IMO behind all these companies Paylease(the company that Cycomm supposedly bought D.M.Data from and never really did anything with after that supposed purchase.
Paylease has recently changed it's name to Paystaff where Mr. Hawks is now Chairman of the board. http://www.paystaff.com/mgmtteam.htm
Mr Hawks is also I believe still with Corstone Corp.with a few other familiar names.

I have no Idea what Hetra has to do with these companies if anything as I have seen enough to make me want to move on as there are way to many questions as well as numerous unknowns for me. I wish everyone good luck with this one as I've sold my position and will be moving on.
