They key is security. Why not a building that can do both in one area. Better in a wide open area that can be patrolled like a prison. That is all I am saying. I am from New Jersey where we put office buildings next to corn fields. Also you would be confining the area where these processes can take place and not having them all over town. Make no mistake if some of those landowners who complain where offered the right price they would sell.
