Believe CEO wants this to succeed. In a scam....all management (if there is any) is in on it... Managers in and out, back in, etc....means there is 'ego' issues to me rather than scam. Management style...wants 'yes' people, final decision issues, etc. are indicative when there is turn-over. This does not mean that the business can not be successful. Eventually, management issues will subside if we move forward. Right now, capital:$$$$ is the main concern. Dilution will NOT provide sufficient growth capability...just day to day expenses to keep door open (at current pps).

What I anticipate is that "the man" has backers or has a good chance of getting one...sooooooo, I still rate PVEC as having a chance.

For me, my stake is not worrisome if I lose it all. I am in for no less than a write-off. As for what I see now, still a chance that I will fare better than that if even the slightest positive note emerges. Here's hoping. GLTY
