Recent info on WDDD

1: The Markman hearing on the patents has been scheduled for Friday, October 3 at 9am in Boston District Court.

2: WDDD owns 18% of WORX (email from the company, I have not found it in the SEC reports yet but it must be out there somewhere). WORX was originally supposed to be doing something with the WDDD patents, but now is doing some kind of joint venture (or maybe a reverse merger at some point) with an LLC in MA for medical marijuana. I wrote to WDDD and expressed my dismay at such a joint venture since neither WORX or the LLC seem to have any operations or assets. I would prefer that stay with the online patents, but it looks like the deal is going forward on the medical marijuana. I also posted over at WORX about this and expressed dismay at such a deal.
