ZLCS, the part you are not considering is this is an R/S due to a merger. It's not like a typical R/S for dilution, the purpose of this R/ S is to revalue a new company. It's almost like an IPO. With a new ticker, shorts have to cover, the float is tiny, and these have a history of running big. It's true that many don't understand this and dump at the open, MM's probably dig that to cover the shorts, but the fear of dilution here is just amateurs. A 50% drop is very unlikey, and even if you get near that, the MM's will soak up those few shares very fast.
