I don't buy the theory that that releasing news before the merger would geoparadize the merger, the same way the news of intent to merge on may 15 didn't have any effect of Nasdaq approval. What is frustrating here is that we get the news from a remote or indirect source like CCPS deal. What is wrong with the picture here? All we longs want is a bone thrown in our way for reassurance. Is that too much to ask for?
We thought the news were held because of Nasdaq approval, the company being too busy, have to prioritize their time, Boston T party, OVRL merger, etc, etc. May be big boys like google or Apple want to acquire us but we can't release any news in the meantime until they say OK, or is the news flow controlled by the Financiers?
