I use to live in a small southern town with a railroad right through the middle. The monster company Catapillar wanted to build a factory there, bring in jobs, revenue, more business, the works. The town council turned them down. The reason, the existing businesses would have to end up paying their workers more if they had a new factory. So the Town Fathers, made the decision not to and the town hardly exist now. You never know what is on the minds of a town council. That is their town, they have lived there for ever. Just give it some time maybe this town will come around' soon.
