I hope this helps... The highest CBD strain I've seen is 22%. When I talked to RC at Hempcon, I remember him saying something about 18% and 22% but I didn't realize at the time that he was probably talking about the CBD caps- obviously since it was before they were released. Heck it was was still TTDZ!
He was comparing some other company that was there that doesn't have quality products and said that our products (GRCU) are of better quality. Sorry Bhaw, this is just occurring to me.

I think that someone looking for a CBD cap would be looking for a mg strength since that is the common way that it is dispensed and not concerned with the percentage. If it is dosed in mg, then you would want to ensure the amount of mg strength vs. Percentage... but I can see how that matters. Percentage and mg strength matters especially when dealing with children for example. This is probably why they are developing 29 other products. Because a 50mg pill is not for everyone.
It's just my word, but I highly doubt RC is looking to sell anything less than the best. He RUNS CCI! Why would he just botch this venture? I've met and talked with several people working along side him. For example, look up "innovative extractions" the owner, Dave Hargett, has dedicated his recent life, to researching and finding the highest quality extraction methods of oils... and purity is his craft. The reason for this is because the daughter of his girlfriend has refractory seizures and he has gone to the MOON to help her kid. So having relationships with this kind of guy and many, many of the best in the industry is what sets RC apart from any other CEO. And I'm not saying that this (Hargett) is where the CBD is coming from, since if you read in the PR from 4/24 you could infer that the partnership with Richard Brumfield (hemjoba) is a more likely source. Just saying that he rolls with a quality crowd and doubtful that he'd sell ANY crappy product. Have you tried any of them? How 'bout the Chapstick, sounds crazy but it is by far the best Chapstick I have ever used and there are several other testimonials here in agreement about ALL of GRCU products!
He also says in the video from ICA that many companies have to rely on importing since there are restrictions on how much can be grown in the US and SO, I would bet that the reason that they sold out is because they are using their own sources vs. Importation or scary unknown sources.
I would like to add that I have no doubt in my mind that RC will take it to the limit and find a way to grow, produce and dispense this medicine within the limitations of the law... Since that's what he teaches people how to do... All IMHO
