Everyone keeps looking for financials. These are the financials. They are relevent. They are current. Dont get me wrong. I would love to see this go to the moon. This is just is not going any further than it is IMHO. heres why


Show me where they have ONE client on Merchant.

Show me where the 900ish members on Xchange (that includes me is producing any $

Show me where 420 concept is even covering its expenses with what we have gathered to be a few hundered dollars in sells.

What happens when you take the ihub factor out of xchange. How many members does that leave you with.

SO what we have is a 5mm judgement

negative opperating capital

a CEO that cant write a press release

this leaves us with just another penny stock that is operating on selling shares of stock to support a non capital producing company. Mike is not going to save us. Oh and by the way I am shareholder and not a small one.

DD has been all garbage so far. We will never have a grow facility or a dispensory if we cant afford to pay for one. This stock has played out for the year that Mike has been running it as a typical penny stock giving the "by the end of the month or next week" We need to sell something to generate income. How many shares at .0005 will that take because thats the only thing we are selling.

Heres some DD for you Mrs Donnell Vigal who is listed on our business license for MJ Aquisition as the agent for that was able to close a deal for her company QASP to give them a grow facility in CO.

Chris Chilari who is the principle of GELPID is also moving forward with "real" business that produce real income in the MJ sector.
