Have you ever heard the Clique, " It's not personal , Just business" The world of business law and business in general is much different that the world that every day people work and live in.

The reason for incorporated, LLC, Boards of Directors, on and on, are all in place to protect the business and it's owners. Many ,Many times winning a law suit might make you feel good but produces little cash…….Always interesting to see what the out comes are.

IMO , In our case there is no money and to be able to pony up the cash it will be a owner that does it. OR you can for the benefit of the company just protect the company by justifying a reason for a name change and the suit become dead on arrival as I understand it until it goes through the courts again and $$$$$ What ever cost it may be,.
