From last month PR:

"As previously reported, the Company announced that it has a confirmed meeting with a large big box retailer in July to discuss the sales and distribution of its Throwdown High Performance beverage line. Due to stringent corporate policies, suppliers are not authorized to release any names until after negotiations have ended and a contract is signed. The Company expects to release all names and details once meetings have concluded. "



...i havent been following this one much lately....has any bad news hit? ...cause if not this could be a great dip to buy.
