I got mine over a week ago and I didn't have to do a screenshot of anything. I just filled out what they asked. It took seconds to do and nothing was asked of me that I thought was out of line.

Now, if the cert ever becomes anything is another story altogether. It was weird that everything was hand written. I guess that takes time. Maybe you'll get yours after all the ones have been sent out that followed directions. Glty
