Bruhjell tried to run, well as much as a water buffalo could run.

Let me explain what happened: Bruhjell signed a non-dilution agreement with Ash under the state of Montana. Bruhjell swindled Ash and his shareholders by re-domiciling idcn into Wyoming nullifying Ash's agreement. After some 3 billion shares were printed and put right into Bruhjell's pocket, an owner of Indocan Preferred shares, William Miller, told Bruhjell that he wanted to exercise his shares. Bruhjell told Miller to keep his fat mouth shut or that he would terminate the shares. Miller immediately contacted an attorney and started a lawsuit. Bruhjell and his wife were vacationing on the shareholders' dime and they got wind that shareholders of IDCN joined the lawsuit which was in the process of being filed. They were riding on an elevator and Angela was just so taken back by the fact that shareholders wanted her super sized crook husband out of the shell. Bruhjell them immediately STOLE 2.5 billion shares of IDCN and then he lied on his personal website and stated that he and his wife held a "shareholders meeting" in Miami.

Bruhjell them handed the empty idcn shell to his TA Joseph Meuse. The shareholders' lawsuit was then filed and Bruhjell avoided the court like the plague because he acted in malice with trying to sell the shell and stealing 2.5 billion shares. The court agreed. They entered a default judgement because it was determined that the 2.5 billion shares were stolen and that every action following (sale to the TA) was invalid.

So, Bruhjell did not leave the Indocan shell. HE WAS REMOVED: http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/court-removes-board-of-directors-of-indocan-pinksheets-idcn-1634291.htm

I've seen the docs. Evidence is that the new management moved Transfer Agent to the one he owned
