How can you call buying back shares in the neighborhood of 30k+ dollars meaningless
Easy... it adds no value to the shares.
It just converts one asset class (cash) into another (shares in the treasury). Nothing changes except for a lower float and a smaller cash position.
And frankly, with over $1M of debt in default, I think they could have found a better use for that cash...
