It's not a quick process or it hasn't been over there. Basically they submit then if they get approved the cut off date is the day after its approved to be its own ticker I believe.
If Sam follows these boards that's the way he will do it IMO. It brings many to the company. That stock has only dropped about 35% from March highs.
