reported OS, TA and winick...

did we all forget all the individuals that claimed they spoke with both the TA and winick several weeks ago and claimed they were told either "no dilution" or "OS has remained the same"??

[perhaps pulling up those posts to refresh some memories is in order?]

but here it is now in the companys own filing...3.8B as of dec 31...a full 3 months ago! [and as confirmed in this filing...UNLIMITED AS]
so take your choice
1. the TA was lying
2. winick was lying
3. posters were lying about speaking with winick and/or the TA

there is no gray area in this debate...one of or all of the above were lying...plain and simple, and supported by the companys own filings

as i have already posted, imo the OS isnt even the real issue/concern...its the deception and how that very well could be spilling over into other statements/material events...both by winick and posters reporting those supposed communications

and is why i have stated over and over that hear-say is worthless...as is the supposed reporting of said hear-say
