That's great! I believe it's one of the first things any big time investor looks at, to make sure they will be around in business for more than just the next 10 months or so, so the risk is lower, something like that. I don't know how to explain it. Maybe someone else can.

I just remember Scott stating that either in Q2 or Q3 it will be removed and that is VERY important. I'm glad they are removing it. It's a positive thing.

In other words, this refers to a company's ability to make enough money to stay afloat or avoid bankruptcy. For example, many dotcoms are no longer going concern companies.
