Ticker changes for OTCBB and OTC stocks are effective at market open. Prior to market open the ticker symbol usually shows as unavailable because there is no pre-market trading for OTCBB or OTC stocks.

If the new CRMBQ ticker doesn't display in anyone's brokerage account at market open a call to the Broker should remedy the issue.
