from what I received from MinMar, the filings had not been completed yet, got the email last week.

"They are doing paperwork now.. As a retail shareholder you are in good hands they are using a good reputable IR firm we did allot of biz with them and they are a good group. Itherthan what we released in PR honestly theres not much to add. They will PR and do filings shortly that we know"

Don't know how long filings take. All i know is FINRA is reaaaalllly slow
