That is part of the problem for me---they seem to be genuinely effective at delivering good products and some innovative products as well---however, this ain't no Mom & Pop store anymore. Operating a publicly-traded company is a whole different ballgame. And if management doesn't begin to carry out their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders and regulatory responsibilities to governing bodies, they won't make it.
