If it prompts them to follow the regulations/laws, then it is worth the effort. They have proven to do a poor job of relating pertinent information in a timely and beneficial manner these last few months. As an investor, I should be able to trust them to keep their own word (promising audited financials the first week of July). I would also like to trust them to follow the regs for a publicly -traded company and operate in such a manner where the shareholders best interest coincides with the company's best interest.
So if they are not going to keep their end of the deal, I will contact the ones who can pressure them to do so.
