yes it legal and it happens all the time.. Most of the time people dont use a disclosure.


If the COMPANY did the promo then i'd see an issue... Typically the ONLY reason a promotion is done is to sell shares, so if the company pays for a promo it means they're diluting.. The T/A is gagged and every share in our O/S is accounted for.


What we saw today was a shareholder hiring a team to promote so that they could dump.. That individual was paid $45 for the day of promoting. I saw about 3/4 other new faces today.


So basically someone paid a few people total of about $250 so they could dump.




Promotions aren't always a bad thing imo... For $250 bucks we saw a guy selling, but also new faces came across CJTF because of it. We could have one buyer who wants $20k worth of stock, so if that seller wanted out he could have sold and we'd still see additional buying.
